All seasons Marina uses the SpeedyDock app, you can conveniently request a boat launch with just a few taps. No need to call or wait—simply open the app, select the time, and your boat will be ready upon arrival. This seamless process saves time and enhances the boating experience, ensuring quick and easy access to your vessel. When you return from boating you dock your boat in a special area for unloading and cleaning. When you’re finished, your boat is hauled out and returned to its rack until you are ready to use it again.

Directions by land

Heading South on the Garden State Parkway take Exit 25 for Ocean City/Marmora and turn left onto Roosevelt Blvd heading toward Ocean City.

Follow Roosevelt Blvd for about a half a mile and you will see All Seasons Marina on the left. You will need to make a right turn, however, just before the bridge that goes into Ocean City, and follow the road around under the bridge to the entrance of the Marina.

Heading North on the Garden State Parkway also take Exit 25 but turn right at the end of the exit ramp and follow the directions above.

From Ocean City come over the 34th Street bridge and make your first possible right hand turn and come into the Marina.

Heading South on the Intracoastal Waterway we are conveniently located on the right at red channel marker 282 just before the tall 34th Street Bridge.

Heading North on the Intracoastal you will see us on the left just after you pass under the tall 34th Street Bridge. You can hail us on channel 16 or simply pull up to our fuel dock and we will direct you from there.

From the ocean, the closest way to access the Intracoastal Waterway is through the Great Egg Harbor Inlet between Ocean City and Longport. Head south for 15-20 minutes and you will see us on the right side of the channel.

All Seasons Marina is proud to be one of South Jersey’s largest full-service marine facilities located on the Intracoastal Waterway at channel marker 282 behind Ocean City, NJ. We have all the people, facilities and services to give you the best boating experience anywhere.

We offer outside, covered and limited inside dry storage during the summer and winter months as well as wet slips during the summer season. Regardless of your boat style or power system, our service writers can match you up with one of the best service shops in the area to maintain your boat and help enhance your boating experience.

The Perfect Year-Round Home for Your Boat

All Seasons Marina is the perfect year-round home for your boat. We offer many
options to match your boating needs. In the summer, we provide in-water slips, as well as inside, covered, and outside valet dry storage. In addition to our seasonal offerings, we have space available daily, weekly, and monthly.

During the winter, you can choose inside, covered, or outside storage. Whatever
your needs, we offer plenty of choices.

Slip Holder Amenities

All of our slip holders are welcome to take full advantage of our marina amenities. We have a 175 ft. fuel dock with two pump-out stations and a boat ramp for those with trailerable boats.

Local and Offshore Fishing

All Seasons Marina is located on the popular NJ waterway and offers quick access to the Egg Harbor Inlet, leading to NJ’s famed offshore fishing. Many beaches are accessible for surf casting and family fun. Our facilities include a multi-position cleaning station near the dock.

Marina and Area Activities

Ocean City and Atlantic City are nearby and accessible by water. Many guests enjoy local dock-and-dine restaurants as a hassle-free way to enjoy a meal without the need for a car or parking. Contact the office for a current list of dock-and-dine locations.
